Order & Artwork Guidelines

Placing an Order

Please place your order via email and include all required files and clear printing instructions. This ensures fast and accurate processing of your order.

Submitting Artwork

You can submit your files:

  • via email (recommended)
  • or by USB stick

All artwork should preferably be supplied in vector format to ensure high-quality printing and scalability without loss of quality.

Please remember:

  • convert all fonts to outlines
  • preferably use PC-compatible file formats

If you are unable to provide vector files, we can create them for you as an additional service – just let us know.

Recommended File Formats

Accepted formats:

  • PDF (also recommended for layout preview)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS
  • PSD
  • PNG (with transparent background)

Image Requirements

  • Resolution: minimum 300 dpi
  • Background: transparent background recommended
    • Note: Any background included in the file will be printed as part of the design
  • Maximum print size: approximately A3 (288 × 398 mm / 28 × 40 cm)

Colours & Printing

  • Colour mode: CMYK recommended
    • DTF printing uses CMYK colour model
  • Screen colours may differ from the final print result
  • Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed
  • Neon colours cannot be printed accurately
  • On dark garments, a white underbase layer is always applied, which may affect final colour appearance

In screen printing, colours are mixed manually, so slight variations may occur.

Important Notes for Dark Garments

  • All dark textiles are printed with a white underbase
  • This affects:
    • transparency effects
    • glow effects

Transparent or glow effects cannot be printed as-is on dark fabrics.

If such effects are required:

  • they must be converted into halftone/raster dots
  • minimum dot size is approximately 0.5 mm

Embroidery Artwork

  • Recommended formats: PDF or JPEG
  • Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
  • All artwork is converted into embroidery files and tested before production
  • Pricing depends on stitch count, product, and quantity

Placement & Positioning

  • Maximum print size: 28 × 40 cm (A3)
  • Leave at least 1–2 cm safety margin from seams
  • Printing cannot be placed directly over seams or construction details
  • Pockets, seams, and cuts may restrict placement options

Please provide:

  • exact size in cm
  • clear placement instructions (e.g. chest, back, sleeve)

If no specific placement is provided, we will position the design using our professional judgement for the best visual result.
